Mindfulness Therapy SESSIONS

Together we will uncover whatever is keeping you from experiencing more freedom and joy and finding success in work and relationships. We will explore any traumas and limiting beliefs by mindfully feeling emotions to connect deeper within. This will lead to healing on all levels.

WEEKLY GROUP MEDITATION

This is a wonderful way for all to share in the community while deepening your meditation practice. I will lead you through a guided meditation into silent meditation and close with some sound and a poem. You’ll practice present moment awareness, being mindful of where your thoughts go and how you feel in your body. This attention brings you into the present and allows you to connect to a deeper part of who you are. No meditation experience is necessary. Come as you are.

Mondays from 7-8pm  •  $20

MONTHLY Women’s group SESSION

In my journey to this work, a large part of it has been about trusting in my intuition and wisdom within, perhaps my women’s wisdom. Our society has placed power in the intellect and the logical and often dismissed the intuitive emotional parts of our natures. If you feel drawn to being part of a group of women willing to explore their power and freedom together you will enjoy this. This is not based on one spiritual/religious path but rather the bond of being Woman on this Earth, sharing stories and joys and wounds in a safe and sacred space. . We will meet once a month for 2 hours to allow for time and space for meditation, sharing and sound healing.

4th Thursday of each month • $75
2 hours • 10 max people

  • Sessions primarily consist of mindful conversation. I’ll guide you to bring awareness to your experiences and help you listen to your own inner guide to uncover what’s blocking you.

    In-office sessions for individuals may include bodywork as well -- subtle adjustments rooted in craniosacral therapy. Both virtual and in-person sessions are effective in facilitating the healing of the mind, body, and soul.

  • No matter where you are in your journey, mindfulness therapy can help you. We all experience challenges and difficult emotions. It’s part of being human. Mindfulness therapy helps you process your experiences.

    The only prerequisite is a spirit of openness. It can feel uncomfortable to take that step, but that bit of courage brings growth and healing.

  • Sessions align with your unique journey, and we work through whatever is keeping you up at night or causing you pain. This may include:

    • Relationship issues - with family, friends, coworkers, or others in your life

    • Emotional pain - grief/loss, transitions, divorce, anxiety, depression

    • Personal growth - creating new patterns and direction for your life

    • Physical conditions - emotional healing related to chronic conditions
