Our emotions, both conscious and unconscious play an important role in our healing. It is through the emotions that we gain deeper access to who we really are and what is important to us in our lives. Living an inner guided life does not ensure an absence of difficulty in your life, however, healing your emotions and tapping into your intuition will allow you to move through these transitions with ease, grace and balance. Come for an evening to learn about the emotional aspect of your physical, financial and relationship issues.

Couples Communication November 8, 2010
A large percentage of communication is non-verbal. Most problems in relationships are caused by an inability to speak the truth to each other about what we feel and what it is we really need from each other. Come and learn how to communicate and listen with compassion. While being extremely stressful for the women involved, the fertility journey also has a deep impact on the men in their lives and the couples' relationship. The invasive treatments and emotional ups and downs consume the attention of the couple and the love that brought them together and inspired them to start a family together gets lost in the mix. Spend an evening with Marion Light, Emotional Wellness Therapist and Polarity Practitioner to explore the effect of this process on your relationship.

1st Monday Women's Circle
These groups allow a space for community, inner discovery and healing. This renewed energy then goes forward with each woman and touches all those they encounter. A meeting encompasses setting the space, clearing negative or stagnant energies, a guided meditation and sharing. In our society, many women have become overstressed and overburdened with family, work and their own high expectations of themselves. The age-old tradition of sitting in a circle and sharing has been replaced by hectic, isolated lives that lead to distraction from our deeper selves. For women looking to connect with other women in an environment that encourages inner growth and healing. Please be sure to sign up as space is limited.
3rd Monday Fertility Circle
Marion Light of Women in Bloom is honored to offer a healing circle at ilumina Healing Sanctuary for women on their road to motherhood. The intention of the circle is to create a safe and nurturing environment for women to receive comfort and support in their journeys. Something magical happens when our stories are witnessed in a neutral, loving and supportive environment. This enables us to listen and hear our own wisdom and to share that wisdom with others on the path to good health and emotional healing. This women's circle includes guided visualizations and will remain small to ensure personal attention. For women on the journey to motherhood who are seeking connection with other women on the same path. Please sign up as space is limited.

Women in Bloom has been conducting transformational retreats for women for two years. These inspiring retreats offer support and growth to help you move through at those important transitional times in your lives, such as empty nest, menopause, divorce, fertility struggles, job loss, seeking inner growth and many other situations For information go to www.womeninbloom.org
There are two types of retreats planned:
1) “An Inner Journey to Motherhood” supports women facing emotional and physical issues surrounding fertility, pregnancy and motherhood
2) “An Inner Journey to Wisdom” is for all women looking to achieve greater balance in their lives, plus they will learn how to overcome stress, transition to a new role and set future goals. Retreat activities include: discussions on fertility, pregnancy and motherhood or talks on life's challenges, common stresses and goal setting (depending on the retreat focus); group sharing and support; guided meditation; a labyrinth walk; and self-discovery. The goal at the end of both retreats is to have each woman return home feeling supported and with the tools they need to live in the present and address whatever challenges they may be facing.
