Marion Light has created a safe and comfortable space where you can begin to discover a deeper state of wellness. Drawing from extensive education, experience, and her intuition as a healer, she creates individualized sessions that allow you to deeply experience who you are without fear of judgment.

Marion is trained to listen to your whole being. Using a combination of bodywork, energy work and specialized communication, she helps you release areas of compression or blockage in your body and mind, freeing you to live in alignment with your essential Self. Marion gently guides you into the present by freeing what is holding you in the past or worrying you about the future. This freeing of energy can profoundly elevate health, happiness, and success.

What happens during a session?

Healing begins with a conversation to discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations. During a session, individuals will lie on a comfortable massage table in a softly lit room. Loose clothing is recommended. Marion uses light touch to access the cranial sacral fluid and the parasympathetic nervous system. She may gently hold your feet, head or other parts of the body. Other times deeper bodywork techniques and touch may be used, depending on your body’s specific needs. Professional training and intuition guide Marion to the right course of treatment to facilitate your healing.

A multi-disciplinary approach

For each individual, Marion intuitively uses a complementary program of therapies including cranial sacral, polarity, energy therapies and bodywork to support and balance the flow of life energy. As we experience life, painful events and stressful emotions can become stored in the cellular memory.

During your session, this stagnant or blocked energy is released, strengthening the body, and allowing you to experience a deep sense of well being. This gentle method of healing encourages your own brain, spinal cord and nervous system to recover from stress, trauma, illness or injury and is beneficial for all ages.
