Mindfulness Therapy For The Mind, Body, and Soul

These are very unusual times and there is a lot of turmoil in our outer world. The only environment we have any power over right now is our inner world. Use this time to strengthen your sense of peace and calm by deepening your meditation practice and working through the old patterns that lead you into fear and anxiety. We will want to look back and know we have used this opportunity to deepen our connection to ourselves and to truly embody a compassionate heart.

I am now available on Zoom, FaceTime or telephone for individual sessions and on Zoom for my Tuesday group meditation. Special shelter-at-home pricing is available.

I am holding a weekly meditation on Zoom. It is a wonderful way to share in the community while deepening your meditation practice. I lead you through a guided meditation, into silent meditation and close with some sound and a poem. I am happy to stay on for a while for those who want to ask questions.
