New Year intentions

Did you set some New Year intentions?

Did you promise yourself you would meditate each day, go to the gym or practice kindness? How are you doing with that? Are you staying mindful of your actions and commitments?

It is easy to get lost in the busyness of our lives and to forget what we had committed to ourselves, even though we know those things are so healthy for our bodies, minds, and Spirits. There is a balanced place between being indulgent and giving up on what we promised. Both cause us to move away from ourselves and the present moment. You must find that place in the middle where you can be gentle and forgiving yet take responsibility for what you want to accomplish.

Being Present In The Moment

Present moment awareness keeps us connected to our True Selves and to what is in our highest alignment. A mindfulness practice of bringing your attention and awareness into the present moment over and over will keep you on track towards the life you truly desire.
I invite you to spend a day with me on the last Saturday of the month. Through meditation, sound vibrations, discussion and listening deep within you will uncover what those desires are and what is blocking you from staying committed to the steps that get you there. Remember each day is also a new beginning to recommit to yourself.
